The Internet Explorer 11 desktop application is retired and out of support as of Jfor certain versions of Windows 10. The endpoint for the tool has been removed from service and the files will be removed from the SDK in the next release. This service has been replaced with Windows Update for Business reports, which provides reporting on client compliance with Microsoft updates from the Azure portal. Update Compliance, a cloud-based service for the Windows client, is retired.
